Engagement with communities beyond the University’s boundaries is an important complement to the academic study of ethics and a vital part of the development of citizens of a democratic society. At the UM, there are many avenues for community engagement available to students, faculty, and staff. The Ginsberg Center for Community Service and Learning is home to many of them.
