Review Process and Timeline:
Proposals will be accepted and reviewed twice during the academic year – spring and fall. Review of the proposals will be coordinated by a committee of faculty, staff, and students convened by the Center. Applications must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event for which funding is being requested.
Awards:
Decisions will typically be announced within one month of the submission deadline.
Post-Event Summary:
Awardees must submit a post-event report. Reports should discuss how the project did or did not meet the goals set forth in the proposal, key outcomes of the project, what was learned from the evaluation and feedback, and projected follow-up. Failure to submit a post-event summary will result in suspended funding or prohibition from receiving future funding under this program. Reports are due one month after conclusion in the case of events, and one month after conclusion in the case of courses or extended projects. Reports should be submitted to the address given above.
